About
The Institute for Psyche and Culture was founded in Chicago in 2026 to pursue one animating question: What does it cost a civilization when its people lose an inner life, and can it be recovered? That question resists siloed answers. IPC brings together researchers, writers, analysts, and thinkers across disciplines to pursue it through original research, publishing, and broadcasting. IPC considers depth psychology a cultural force and draws on the wider inheritance of myth, symbol, and story that human cultures have always used to navigate transformation. Its work is grounded in the belief that we are living at a civilizational turning point and that the conversations happening now matter beyond this moment.
