Projects

The work of IPC moves between the interior life and broader culture. This is where our mission takes shape. Our projects combine rigorous research with writing and broadcasting that curious, intelligent people can use.

Rewoven: Working From Rupture to Wholeness (underway)

Drawing on myth, symbol, and literature, and grounded in Jungian thought, Rewoven traces the individuation journey as both a sacred and a psychological process, one many now navigate without the benefit of culture, community, or elders who once held it. The aim is to provide a contemporary account of what it means to hold one’s center when things fall apart.

Jung in the World podcast

The Jung in the World podcast has brought together some of the most original minds of our time: MacArthur fellows, bestselling authors, mythologists, neuroscientists, and psychoanalysts to discuss what it means to create a world that sustains an inner life. With nearly two million downloads since its launch in 2020, the podcast offers penetrating conversations at the intersection of psychology, culture, and contemporary life. Guests have included Judith Herman, Mark Nepo, Natalie Goldberg, Lewis Hyde, Richard Tarnas, Megan O’Gieblyn, and Jungian analysts James Hollis and Murray Stein, among others. Hosted by Patricia Martin.
